Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network gets High Court approval for composite scheme of amalgamation & arrangement

Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has sanctioned the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement between Maiboli Broadcasting (Transferor Company') and Sri Adhikari Brothers Assets Holding (First Demerged Company') and Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network (Transferee Company' or 'Second Demerged Company") and UBJ Broadcasting (Third Demerged Company') and HHP Broadcasting Services ('Fourth Demerged Company") and MPCR Broadcasting Service ('Fifth Demerged Company') and TV Vision (First Resulting Company') and SAB Events & Governance Now Media (Formerly known as 'Marvick Entertainment' ) ('Second Resulting Company') and their Respective Shareholders under the provisions of Sections 391 to 394 read with Section 78, 100 to 103 and other relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and Section 52 and other relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 on 21 November 2015.

The Certified Copy of the Order sanctioning the Scheme is awaited. The Scheme will become effective upon filing of the Certified Copy of Order of the Hon'ble High Court with Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
