Sri Arumuga Enterprise has appointed Sangeetha C as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 17 March 2014.She will succeed N Prabhu Ram as Compliance officer of the Company, who consequent to his resignation ceases to be Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company effective closing hours of 15 March 2014.
