Srikalahasthi Pipes announced that Shamsher Singh Rawat, IAS, Nominee Director of Andhra Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (APIDC) has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company vide his letter dated 18 May 2016, which was received by the Company on 04 June 2016.Shamsher Singh Rawat ceases to be Director of the Company w.e.f. 04 June 2016 and his resignation letter will be placed in the ensuing Board Meeting of the Company.
