Srinivasa Hatcheries has announced that with effect from 01 April 2014, C Jagapati Rao has resigned from his executive chairman position and continues as chairman (non-executive).Moreover, the company has announced that E Padmaja and P Usha Lakshmi have also resigned from their directorship the same date.
