SRM Energy announced Kanika Arora, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned from her office as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer w.e.f. 23 December 2016 vide her letter dated 28 November 2016.Her Resignation has been accepted and she has been relieved from her duties from the end of working hours on 23 December 2016.
