The volume in the stock stood at 269.16 lakh shares today, compared to the daily average of 388.83 lakh shares in last one month.
The benchmark February futures contract for the stock is quoting at Rs 321.85, up 3.04% on the day. State Bank of India is up 10.91% in last one year as compared to a 9.75% jump in NIFTY and a 14.27% jump in the Nifty Bank index.
