The meeting of Board of Directors of State Bank of Travancore will be held on 26 March 2014, inter alia, to consider declaration of interim dividend to the shareholders, preferential allotment of shares and rights issue to the shareholders of the Bank.The date of Board Meeting earlier notified as on 21 March 2014 has been deferred to 26 March 2014 due to some exigencies.
