State Bank of Travancore announced that the Committee of Directors at its meeting held on 13 April 2015 has approved the allotment of 1,18,50,694 equity shares with face of Rs. 10 each ( "Rights Equity Shares") for cash at a price of Rs. 400 including a premium of Rs. 390 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 474.03 crore to the eligible applicants of the Rights Issue as per the Basis of allotment approved by the Designated Stock Exchange.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
