Steel Strips Wheels allots 9450 equity shares

Under ESOS

Steel Strips Wheels announced has allotted 9450 Equity shares Rs.10/- each for cash, at an exercise price of Rs. 100/- per share to the employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under Steel Strips Wheels Ltd. - Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2014 (ESOS 2014).These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

With the said allotment, the Issued and Paid up Capital of the Company increased from Rs.155802700/- to Rs.155897200/- comprising 15589720 equity shares of Rs. 10/-each.
