Steelco Gujarat reports standalone net loss of Rs 22.04 crore in the March 2017 quarter

Sales decline 21.95% to Rs 118.67 crore

Net loss of Steelco Gujarat reported to Rs 22.04 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against net profit of Rs 15.38 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 21.95% to Rs 118.67 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 152.05 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 30.74 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against net profit of Rs 0.99 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 5.40% to Rs 522.53 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 495.76 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
