Sterlite Technologies announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 23 August 2016, has allotted 17,78,777 equity shares to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2010.The aforesaid shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
