Strides Shasun announced that the Company has on 27 January 2016 received order under the Competition Act, 2002 from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) approving the proposed acquisition of seven brands from Johnson & Johnson.With this approval, all necessary regulatory approvals have been obtained.
