Under Rights issue
Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company announced that the Right Issue Committee of Director, authorized by board of directors, at its meeting on 27 April 2016 has approved the allotment of 1,02,04,081 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each at a price of Rs. 245 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 244 per equity share) issued on a Right basis, to all eligible applicants who have subscribed to the said issue and whose applications were valid.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
