Sun Pharmaceutical Industries after market hours today, 29 June 2015, announced an open offer to the shareholders of Zenotech Laboratories (Zenotech), for acquisition of upto 96.93 lakh shares, representing 28.16% of the fully diluted share capital of Zenotech. The open offer price is Rs 20.87 per share, which includes interest computed at the rate of 10% per annum for the period between 6 April 2014 and the date of the the Detailed Public Statement i.e. 30 March 2015 in terms of Regulation 8(12) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations.

Kotak Mahindra Bank (KMBL) at the fag end of market hours yesterday, 29 June 2015 said that the bank at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 29 June 2015, passed a resolution for issue of bonus shares to the existing shareholders of bank in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. one bonus share for every one equity share held as on record date. The record date for the purpose of allotment of bonus shares was fixed as 9 July 2015.

 

Shares of Andhra Bank turn ex-dividend today, 30 June 2015, for dividend of Rs 2 per share for the year ended 31 March 2015.

Shares of Nucleus Software Exports turn ex-dividend today, 30 June 2015, for dividend of Rs 5 per share for the year ended 31 March 2015.

Brigade Enterprises said that the board of directors of Brigade Properties, subsidiary of Brigade Enterprises, approved the acquisition of the property admeasuring 15 acres 86 cents situated at Perungudi on OMR, Chennai from Kansai Nerolac Paints for a consideration of Rs 550 crore subject to legal due diligence. The announcement was made after market hours yesterday, 29 June 2015. The acquisition of property would be done either directly by Brigade Properties or through its nominee or through a special purpose vehicle wherein Brigade Enterprises or its nominees and GIC Singapore through one of its affiliates would be the shareholders, Brigade Enterprises said. Brigade Properties has entered into a term sheet yesterday, 29 June 2015, with Kansai Nerloac Paints relating to the same, Brigade Enterprises added.

Meanwhile, Kansai Nerolac Paints said that its board of directors yesterday, 29 June 2015, approved the sale of the company's land admeasuring 15.86 acres (15 acres 86 cents) at Perungudi, Chennai to Brigade Properties or its nominees/ another special purpose vehicle (SPV) formed by Brigade Group and GIC Singapore (hereinafter referred as the Purchaser) for a sum of Rs 550 crore. The sale and the sale proceeds is subject to due diligence by the Purchaser and such other procedures as may be necessary in regard to acquisition of the land by the Purchaser, Kansai Nerolac Paints said.

NHPC after market hours yesterday, 29 June 2015 said that consequent upon sudden increase in water level in Unit number 3 and 4 on 28 June 2015, the Chutak Power Station is under complete shutdown. The de-watering pumps are in operation and the level of water is decreasing.

Shoppers Stop said that it has opened two "Shoppers Stop" stores at Royal Meenakshi Mall, Bengaluru and at Mangalore Airport, Mangalore. With the opening of this store, the company has now 73 "Shoppers Stop" stores (including four airport stores) under its operations, Shoppers Stop said. The announcement was made after market hours yesterday, 29 June 2015.

Zee Learn said before market hours today, 30 June 2015 that a fire broke out on the afternoon of 28 June 2015 at a Warehouse leased by the company at Bhiwandi, Thane, where certain inventories of the company were stored. Though due to the efforts of the company and fire brigade officials the fire was doused, there were damages to the inventories of the company, the extent of damages are being assessed. This fire incident is not likely to have material impact on the operations of the company, Zee Learn said.

Sintex Industries after market hours yesterday, 29 June 2015, said that pursuant to the approval of the shareholders of the company at the 81st Annual General Meeting of the company held on 17 September 2012; for issue of $140,000,000, 7.50%, step down Convertible Bonds due 2017, the Committee of Directors at its meeting held on 29 June 2015 has allotted 1.18 crore equity shares of Re 1 each to Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB) holders on the exercise of their conversion right.

Gammon Infrastructure Projects after market hours yesterday, 29 June 2015 said that Indira Container Terminal Private (ICTPL), one of the joint venture SPV of the company, has accepted the Mumbai Port Trust (MbPT) proposal for alternative use of the Offshore Container Terminal for Roll-on/Roll-off operations, i.e. operations of providing facilities to the importers and exporters of automobiles and self propelled equipment, for a period of one year from the date of operation with revenue share of 45% to ICTPL and 55% to MbPT.
