Sun TV Network announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 23 May 2014, inter alia, to consider the following:1. To take on record and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2014.
2. To recommend Final Dividend if any, for the financial year ended 31 March 2014 for approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
