Sunflag Iron & Steel Company standalone net profit rises 59.19% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales decline 5.75% to Rs 400.93 crore

Net profit of Sunflag Iron & Steel Company rose 59.19% to Rs 17.75 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 11.15 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales declined 5.75% to Rs 400.93 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 425.38 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit rose 12.59% to Rs 24.41 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 21.68 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales rose 10.80% to Rs 1756.59 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 1585.42 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
