Superb Papers has received approval from the shareholders, Registrar of Companies and other requisite authorities for change in main object of the Company from paper industry to agro based industry w.e.f. 08 September 2016.Further, the Company has also received approval from the shareholders, Registrar of Companies and other requisite authorities for change in name of the Company from Superb Papers to Sumuka Agro Industries w.e.f. 15 September 2016.
