Supreme Tex Mart announced that Rajeev Bhambri, Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the office of Director with effect from 01 May 2014.Further the Company has informed that, Ashok Kumar Singla, a practicing Company Secretary has been appointed as an independent Director on the Board of the Company with effect from 01 May 2014. He is further appointed as a Member of the Audit Committee.
