Suraj announced that Saurabh Shah has resigned from the post of Company Secretary of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 05 February 2015.The Company accepted his resignation and relieved him of his responsibilities effective from close of business hours on 05 February 2015. Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Saurabh Shah also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company.
