Surana Industries announced that IFCI has nominated V. Subramanian as its Nominee on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 18 July 2014 in place of its earlier nominee, S. Usha.S. Usha ceases to hold office as Director of the Company with effect from 18 July 2014.
