With effect from 19 September 2016
Suryavanshi Spinning Mills announced that R. Surender Reddy, Independent Director has resigned from Directorship of the Company with effect from 19 September 2016 due to his other preoccupations.Consequent to his resignation to the directorship of the Company, R. Surender Reddy also ceases to be the member of Audit committee and Nomination and Remuneration committee of the company with effect from 19 September 2016.
