Suyog Telematics has completed the acquisition of the tower business (all tower assets on a no liability basis) of Nisa Industrial Services along with rights and licenses there forth.This acquisition would add an aggregate of 209 active cell tower assets across Mumbai, Gujarat, Delhi & NCR, and Maharashtra telecom circles and hence marks a landmark event in the expansion of the company's telecom infrastructure capacity build up.
