With effect from 12 November 2016
Sybly Industries announced that Sahil Agarwal has resigned from the post of the Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 12 November 2016.The Resignation was accepted by the Board on 08 December 2016. He also ceased to be Compliance Officer of the Company.
