On or after 01 October 2015
Syncom Formulations (India) announced that the Members of the Company at their 27th Annual General Meeting held on 25 September 2015 has approved for payment of dividend @ Rs. 0.02 (2%) on the Equity Shares of Rs. 1/- each.Further the Company has informed that, the Company will start the dispatch of dividend warrants/DDs/credit in the bank account for the year 2014-15 on or after 01 October 2015.
