Today Network has invested in 11,917,002 Equity Shares of Mail Today Newspapers (Wholly Owned Subsidiary) of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 119,170,020(representing 8.33% of the increased paid-up share capital of Mail Today Newspapers) on 23 June 2017.Consequent upon the aforesaid investment, the Company along with its Wholly owned Subsidiary Company, India Today Online holds 143,004,018 Equity Shares of Mail Today Newspapers of Rs. 10/- each (representing 100% of the paid-up share capital of Mail Today Newspapers).
