With effect from 21 May 2016
Talbros Automotive Components announced that Manvinder Singh Ajmani has resigned from the office of CFO of the Company effective from 16 May 2016.Further the Company has informed that, Naveen Gupta is the new CFO of the Company w.e.f. 21 May 2016.
Above changes have been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 21 May 2016.
