Talwalkars Better Value Fitness announced that the Company has received the certified true copy of the above Order of Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal sanctioning the scheme of arrangement between Talwalkars Better Value Fitness ('Demerged Company') and Talwalkars Lifestyles ('Resulting Company') and their respective Shareholders. The Company has filed the certified true copy of the Order with the Registrar of Companies in e-form INC- 28 on 22 February 2018.
