Talwalkars Better value Fitness announced that with reference to the scheme of arrangement between Talwalkars Better value Fitness (demerged company) and Talwalkars Lifestyles (resulting company), the cost of acquisition of Talwalkars Lifestyle to which the entire gym business is transferred is 71.04%. The existing company has retained all other business other than gym business and its cost is 28.96%.
Once Talwalkars Lifestyles is listed, it will be renamed as Talwalkars Better Value Fitness and presently listed company which is know as Talwalkars Better Value Fitness will be renamed as Talwalkars Lifestyles.
