Tata Chemicals announced that John Mulhall, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, is transitioning into the role of Managing Director & CEO of Tata Chemicals North America, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company ('TCNA') subject to necessary approvals and formalities.
