Tata Elxsi Ltd rose for a fifth straight session today

Meanwhile, Nifty IT index of which Tata Elxsi Ltd is a constituent, has dropped around 3.62% in last one month and is currently quoting at 12871.15, down 0.84% on the day. The volume in the stock stood at 6.11 lakh shares today, compared to the daily average of 4.45 lakh shares in last one month.

The benchmark March futures contract for the stock is quoting at Rs 1051.5, up 2.33% on the day. Tata Elxsi Ltd is up 38.61% in last one year as compared to a 18.72% gain in NIFTY and a 19.21% gain in the Nifty IT index.

The PE of the stock is 29.77 based on TTM earnings ending December 17.
