Tata Motors reported total sales of 61,365 units in February 2021, compared to 40,619 units in February 2020.
Total sales include domestic sales of 58,473 units, higher by 54% over February 2020. Domestic commercial vehicles rose 21% year on year to 33,966 units while domestic passenger jumped 119% year-on-year to 27,225 units.
Sequentially, domestic sales rose 1% which included 3% growth in commercial vehicles sales and 1% growth in passenger vehicle sales.
February 2021 sales have been the highest ever sales for Tata Motors PV in nearly 9 years (107 months).
