Tata Motors Ltd lost 1.49% today to trade at Rs 191.1. The S&P BSE Auto index is down 0.02% to quote at 19500.42. The index is up 3.27 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Hero MotoCorp Ltd decreased 1.03% and Bajaj Auto Ltd lost 1% on the day. The S&P BSE Auto index went down 19.09 % over last one year compared to the 9.77% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
Tata Motors Ltd has added 5.99% over last one month compared to 3.27% gain in S&P BSE Auto index and 0.03% drop in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 4.28 lakh shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 19.13 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 372.4 on 05 Apr 2018. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 141.9 on 08 Feb 2019.
