Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd gained 4.96% today to trade at Rs 96.2. The S&P BSE Telecommunication index is up 0.53% to quote at 1735.66. The index is down 3.64 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, GTL Infrastructure Ltd increased 0.83% and Bharti Airtel Ltd added 0.49% on the day. The S&P BSE Telecommunication index went down 2.54 % over last one year compared to the 4.88% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
