TCS partners with Amway for strategic IT operations transformation

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Amway have entered into a strategic partnership to transform the latter's global technology operations.

Amway is a global leader in direct selling. Amway was looking to transform its IT infrastructure and operations and its global service desk in order to improve agility, accelerate speed to market, and enhance customer experience.

The announcement was made after market hours yesterday, 20 April 2020. TCS rose 0.66% to close at Rs 1818.80 on Monday's session.

On a consolidated basis, TCS reported 0.85% fall in net profit to Rs 8,049 crore on 0.03% rise in total income to Rs 40,684 crore in Q4 March 2020 over Q3 December 2019.

 

TCS is an IT services, consulting and business solutions organization. The company offers a consulting-led, cognitive powered, integrated portfolio of business, technology and engineering services and solutions.
