As per resolution of the Securities Allotment Committee
Tech Mahindra has announced the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on 18 March 2014 for issue and allotment of a total of 55210 equity shares of Rs 10 each of the Company to the applicants, as under :- 2890 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000.
- 6325 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.
- 50 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010.
- 34760 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013.
- 11185 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSUs.
