Technocraft Industries (India) has divested its entire stake in following two subsidiary companies:
(i) TIL Marketing (Erstwhile TIL Packaging)
(ii) Techocraft Closures
Above subsidiary company having Authorised and Paid-up Capital of Rs. 1 Lakh each and having nil turnover since its incorporation i.e. 31 May 2016
