Texmo Pipes & Products announced that Shyam Sunder Agrawal has been appointed as Company Secretary of the company w.e.f. 20 June 2014.In terms of Clause 47(a) of listing agreement Shyam Sunder Agrawal Company Secretary will also be Compliance Officer of the Company.
