The Byke Hospitality has achieved the distinction of being among the 11 companies from India that have made it to the top 200 Asia Pacific corporations in Forbes Asia's 'Best Under a Billion' list. In the Hotel segment, it is one among the two companies that have made it to the list, the other being China's Gayety.The Company plans to significantly expand its hotel leasing business, where the Company acquires properties on lease and renovates them to manage and operate under its own brand 'The Byke'. The Company is looking to add 400-500 room inventory over the next two years in this business.
