Thermax announced that Gajanan P. Kulkarni, Vice President Legal & Company Secretary, who was designated as Compliance Officer as well as Key Managerial Personnel, has resigned from the services of the Company effective close of working hours on 12 January 2016.Amit Atre, a qualified Company Secretary, has been appointed as the Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Gajanan P. Kulkarni, pursuant to Regulation 6 of the aforesaid regulations.
