Thirthankar Infra at its board meeting held on 28 December 2013, has approved the appointment of P V V Satyanarayana and G Venkateswara Rao as directors with effect from 28 December 2013.The board also accepted the resignation of Jaiprakash Lalwani and V Srikanth from the directorship with effect from 28 December 2013.
