Net profit of Thiru Arooran Sugars declined 43.24% to Rs 4.45 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 7.84 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales declined 19.88% to Rs 63.57 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 79.34 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 15.96 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against net profit of Rs 2.39 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales declined 42.63% to Rs 192.51 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 335.56 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
