Thomas Cook (India) opens specific branches for resumption of inward remittance services

With effect from 16 April 2020

Thomas Cook (India) announced that in line with the directive from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) Amended circular dated 25 March 2020, issued in continuation of MHA Order Number 40 -3/2020 V DM V I (A) dated 24th March under Section 10 (2) (I) of the Disaster Management Act, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has issued specific directions to all MTSS Indian Agents under Section 10(4) and Section 11(1) of FEMA 1999 for the resumption of Inward Remittance Services to be made available to the public with effect from 10 a.m. on 16 April, 2020.

Basis this, the company will be reopening the following branches in the specified locations with immediate effect following all specified guidelines for this purpose and in compliance with the aforesaid directive.

 

List of Branches/locations:
h Trivandrum - Kerala
h Rajkot - Gujarat
h Kapurthala - Punjab
h Madgaon - Goa
