Order of the Competition Appellate Tribunal
Thomas Cook (India) announced that the Competition Commission of India (CCI) had imposed a relatively nominal penalty of Rs 1 crore on the Parties which subsequently was challenged by filing an Appeal in the Competition Appellate Tribunal.
