QIP Issue price is Rs 99.41 per equity share
Titagarh Wagons announced that the QIP Committee of Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 July 2015 approved the following -Closure of QIP issue on 13 July 2015
Issue price of Rs 99.41 per equity share, which is at a discount of Rs 5.23 per equity share i.e. 5% to the floor of Rs 104.64 per equity share for the equity shares to be issued and allotted to the eligible QIBs in the QIP.
Approved the allocation of up to 15,089,025 equity shares aggregating to Rs 150 crore to successful bidders who are QIBs.
Approved the placement document dates 13 July 2015 and the confirmation of allocation note in connection with the QIP.
