Transcorp International announced that Purushottam Agarwal was appointed as an Additional Director (Independent) w.e.f. 01 December 2015 who shall hold office up to the date of next annual general meeting or the last date on which the annual general meeting should have been held, whichever is earlier and who shall be liable for retire by rotation.Further, Purushottam Agarwal was also appointed as the member of Audit Committee of the Company w.e.f. 01 December 2015.
