Trend Electronics announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 15 May 2014, inter alia, to transact the following business:1. To receive, consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the first quarter ended 31 March 2014.
2. To receive, consider and take on record the Directors' Report for the financial year ended on 31 December 2013, together with Report on Corporate Governance.
3. To fix the date(s) of Book Closure for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
4. To fix the day, date, time and venue of Annual General Meeting and approve the draft Notice convening Annual General Meeting.
