Listed on Luxemburg Stock Exchange
Tricom India announced that the Company's 29,75,000 GDRs are listed on Luxemburg Stock Exchange. At present, the ratio of GDR is 1:2 and now it will change to 1:20 (i.e., each DR would be equivalent to 20 underlying equity shares), hence number of DR will reduce from 29,75,000 to 2,97,500 for 59,50,000 shares.
