Trident has announced that the scheme of amalgamation of Trident Corporation with Trident has been sanctioned by Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court at Chandigarh vide its order dated 14 March 2014. The certified copy of the aforesaid Order has been received on 25 March 2014.The appointed date of the scheme of amalgamation is 01 April 2014.
