Triveni Engineering & Industries has announced that the compensation committee of the Board of Directors of the Company have allotted 20,000 equity shares of Re 1 each to an eligible employee on exercise of stock options under the Triveni Employees Stock Option Scheme 2009.Consequently, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased to Rs 25.79 crore dividend into 25,79,00,150 equity shares of Re 1 each.
