Under stock options
Triveni Turbine announced that the Allotment committee of the Board of Directors of the Company had at their meeting held on 07 May 2014 allotted 27,600 equity share of Re. 1 each of the Company to an eligible employee on exercise of stock options under Triveni Turbine, New Stock Option Scheme (NSOS).With the aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from 32,99,44,550 equity shares of Re. 1 each to 32,99,72,150 equity shares of Re. 1 each.
